Items that are damaged or have visible changes will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense. Return packages cannot be sent COD or without delivery to our address.
When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is properly packaged. We therefore recommend that you retain your postal receipt and any tracking information. Please note that you bear the risk of the item from the moment it is delivered to you, and it is also your responsibility to ensure that it reaches our warehouse in good condition in the event of a return.
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the item if it has been handled in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to assess its size and fit.
If the item no longer has a resale value, we will not refund the purchase amount. Missing original packaging can also cause a decrease in value, so to ensure a full refund, it is recommended to return the item in its original packaging.
