Items that are damaged or show visible signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense. Return parcels cannot be sent as cash-on-delivery or without direct delivery to our address.

When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is securely packaged. We therefore recommend keeping your postal receipt and any tracking information. Please note that you carry the risk of the item from the moment it is delivered to you, and you are also responsible for ensuring that it arrives at our warehouse in good condition should you choose to return it.

Once we have received and approved your returned item, the refund will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

You are only liable for any decrease in value of the item if it has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its size and fit. If the item no longer holds resale value, we cannot refund the purchase amount. Missing original packaging may also result in a reduction in value. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
